Erika has been involved in Better Decisions for over a decade where she has enjoyed mentoring, helping to teach and serving on the board. Erika studied Biology in her undergraduate training and has a Masters in Business Administration. She has worked at Premise Health for nearly 7 years and is currently in the role of Associate Vice President of Analytics. She loves to solve problems, use data to tell stories and lead a team that provides excellent customer service. Prior to that work, Erika worked in healthcare, science education outreach and higher education. She has lived in the area for 16 years and is originally from PA. Erika loves spending time in the outdoors and with her family, especially with her husband and her 2 sons. Erika is passionate about the mission of Better Decisions and enjoys working with our volunteers who bring incredible backgrounds and so much light to the organization.
